From application to certification.

The process is selective, structured, and designed to produce professionals that House leaders are proud to endorse.

01

APPLY

Submit Your Application

Complete a brief application selecting your preferred House. Applications are reviewed by the House leader directly. We value clarity, ambition, and evidence of high potential over pedigree.

02

ACCEPTED

Receive Your Invitation to Interview

Accepted members receive an offer outlining their House placement, contribution terms, and cohort start date. Cohorts are deliberately small. Each seat carries weight.

03

INTERVIEW

Interview Process

Each House manages its own interview process end to end. Expect a combination of interviews, questionnaires, case studies, personality assessments, and scenario-based exercises designed to evaluate judgment, not just credentials.

04

BEGIN

Enter the House

Access your House leader’s masterclass curriculum, sandbox training environment, and cohort community. The learning is intensive, practitioner-led, and designed to compress years of judgment into weeks of deliberate practice.

05

CONNECT

Meet Your Leader

Attend dinner series, events, and one-on-one sessions with your House leader. This is not a webinar. Your leader brings you into rooms, makes introductions, and stakes their reputation on your ability.

06

CERTIFIED

Earn Your Certification

Upon completion, you carry the House certification. When your leader endorses you, hiring managers trust it. Their credibility becomes yours. That is the credential.

07

CONTRIBUTE

Pay From What You Earn

Contributions begin only after placement. A negotiated percentage of gross income, up to 5%, for two years or until an earnings threshold is reached. The House earns when you earn.

SANDBOX TRAINING

The training ground AI took away, rebuilt.

Every House includes industry-specific sandbox environments where members train on the real tools, platforms, and processes used across the profession. Real case studies. Real workflows. Real decision-making scenarios drawn from industry history and current practice.

Members learn what tools people used, what innovations reshaped the field, who the key players are, and how work actually moves inside leading organizations. The on-the-job skills that once took years of junior-level repetition are compressed into weeks of deliberate, hands-on practice.
